Here at Omega Graphics Direct, we believe in listening to our clients and adapting to their needs. We have invested considerable time and money in the latest printing technology available.

To this end, we have purchased 2 presses which use "DI" technology.

This is also called the "Direct to Press" method.

In conventional offset printing, your job is sent to an imagesetter, which produces film using environmentally unhealthy heavy metals and chemicals. The film is then imposed onto carrier sheets, and burned to plates, (one for each color printed) the plates are then mounted onto the printing press, and the job is printed.

With DI Printing, the same files are sent directly to the press, where the plates are imaged using lasers (and no harmful chemicals or film), the plates are already in register, and the job is run.
